Manufacturing Unit

We use state-of-art plant and machinery conforming to global standards for production. Precipitated Chemicals are manufactured using micro-processor controlled reaction processes followed by filter-presses / fully automated rotary vaccum filters and then spray drying / flashdrying and packing system.

Micronized fillers are manufactured using hydrocyclones for levigation, chemical bleaching and most advanced grinding equipment used according to the particle-size-distribution required (micro-mills, ball mills, Jet mills and pulverizers) in closed circuit with air-classifiers of high accuracy to ensure sharpness of top cut.

Production is supervised by a team of production engineers who implement the continuous technical up gradation and process modification / improvement in co-ordination with the R&D Department. A separate team of project-engineers and technicians handles the continuously evolving and expanding manufacturing facilities and new project establishment.
