APPLICATIONS
Rigid PVC Pipes : As the filler loading increases the more active heat stabilizer with more metallics is recommended. PP-2 is recommended for scrap pipes and very low filler pipes on twin screw. For single screw machines and twin screw moderate to high filler machines, PP-3 is the optimum grades whereas PP-4 is recommended for high filler pipes on single screw machine.

APPLICATIONS
Rigid PVC Pipes and conduit pipes: The UNISTAB-LPF range of lubricated one pack provides synergistic efficiencies due to their unique proprietary process of manufacture. Use of waxes and calcium stearate is not required separately, as they are self lubricated, although it is at the compounders will depending upon the filler loading and process conditions. The effectiveness increases from LPF-2 to LPF-3 and is the best with LPF-4. Processing requirements as well as commercial criteria are the basis of selection of appropriate grade out of these three. The UNISTAB-LPF range is also unique as it provides ageing resistance to the pipe due to anti-ageing stabilizing component incorporated in the formulation.
